American Signage, Detroit Design and the Art Deco – February 22 @ 6 P.M.

The American Sign Museum is dedicated to the art of American signage and celebrates its rich history through preservation and education. Many works within its collection of more than 4,000 objects depict Deco’s distinct style and chronicle the changes in technology that made way for this signature American design type. The Art Deco era propelled American machinery, technology and aesthetic excellence, all of which have a robust history in Detroit.
